Protests Prompt Transjakarta Service Adjustments

PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) has implemented operational adjustments following public demonstrations near the MPR/DPR Building and road closures by authorities on Thursday (8/27).

These adjustments include route diversions, shortened service paths, and temporary service suspensions.

Transjakarta’s Public Relations and CSR Department Head, Ayu Wardhani urged passengers to plan their trips through the TJ: Transjakarta app and monitor official social media channels for the latest updates.

“We urge passengers to stay informed about the latest service adjustments and to plan their travels accordingly for mutual safety and convenience,” she expressed.

The following are the Transjakarta service adjustments:

• Diverted Routes

(Stops not served: Gerbang Pemuda and Petamburan)

– 3F: Kalideres – Gelora Bung Karno

– 9: Pinang Ranti – Pluit

– 9A: PGC 1 – Latumenten

– 10H: Bundaran Senayan – Tanjung Priok

– 1W: Blok M – Ancol

– S31: Alam Sutera – Blok M

– T31: PIK 2 – Blok M

– SH2: Blok M – Soekarno-Hatta Airport

• Shortened Routes

8N (Kebayoran – Petamburan via Asia Afrika): Will not serve MPR 1, MPR 2, and Petamburan bus stops.

• Temporarily Suspended Routes

1B: Palmerah Station – Tosari

1F: Palmerah Station – Bundaran Senayan.
